This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the region to enhance growth and market penetration.
• Utilize your extensive network to establish and nurture relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to boost client acquisition.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies customized for the market to meet company objectives.
• Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to prospective clients and partners.
• Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations and company policies.
• Deliver regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Build and oversee a local team as required, fostering a culture of high performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the financial services sector, with an emphasis on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• A proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or KOLs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local financial markets and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and the local language is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, particularly MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
