This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel new revenue generation through targeted prospecting, relationship cultivation, and the successful closing of intricate sales.
• Take ownership of and implement a strategic sales plan for a designated territory.
• Cultivate and uphold a deep understanding of the EMS industry.
• Oversee the complete sales process from start to finish.
• Effectively convey and distinguish EMS|MC’s value proposition to potential clients.
• Actively seek out and develop new business prospects.
• Establish, manage, and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers.
• Exhibit a strong discipline in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Collaborate closely with teams on the development and response to RFPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3+ years of proven sales experience with a solid record of achieving or surpassing revenue and activity targets.
• At least 1 year of experience selling complex solutions within the EMS sector and/or health systems.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to municipal and county government entities and/or health systems.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement procedures.
• Working familiarity with cooperative purchasing legislation.
• Experience in conducting outbound prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Acquainted with structured or value-based sales approaches.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
