This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist the CrossCountry Mortgage office located in Bryan, OH.
• Propel growth and enhance the customer base of the retail mortgage branch.
• Establish strategic partnerships and cultivate relationships.
• Execute marketing strategies to boost loan origination and revenue.
• Identify, engage, and build new referral partner relationships.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships with both existing and new accounts.
• Organize and lead weekly meetings with referral partners.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and loan origination teams.
• Participate in local and regional networking events.
• Follow up with leads to facilitate business growth.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services sectors.
• Background in an administrative or office management role.
• Proven experience in leading meetings and managing projects and events.
• Preferred experience in maintaining a professional network.
• Proficiency in CRM software is essential.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized to manage multiple engagements each week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
