Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of BDRs to meet individual and collective objectives.

• Supervise the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring prompt follow-up and advancement of leads through the sales funnel.

• Create and sustain accurate sales forecasts, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and enhance the volume of potential sales opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, emphasizing key metrics, trends, and areas that require improvement.

• Formulate and implement effective business development strategies to stimulate growth and meet sales targets.

• Monitor and analyze essential performance metrics, providing routine reports to senior management.

• Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the BDR team.

• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to business development.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in sales or a comparable role, with a minimum of 2 years in project or people management.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in sales automation tools and CRM systems.

• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

• Willingness to travel within designated regions as required.
