This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while establishing enduring relationships with key decision-makers across diverse markets.
• Collaborate across different divisions to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Leverage an industry-leading portfolio to fulfill customer requirements.
• Integrate strategic account development, technical expertise, and consultative selling to enhance market presence and drive revenue expansion.
• Make a substantial impact while receiving support for professional growth in an innovative environment.
• Master’s Degree accompanied by 8 years of successful sales or business development experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong comprehension of relevant scientific applications and workflows within the designated market segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and expanding strategic accounts.
• Preferred background in account management or sales within a pharmaceutical/biotech CDMO/CRO environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent skills in presentation, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to function effectively within a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Expertise in developing and implementing territory business plans.
• Proven ability to build and sustain executive relationships.
• Technical knowledge relevant to the assigned product portfolio.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% as required.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for international roles.
