This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Identify and qualify new acute care hospital clients within a multi-state Western region, fostering medical equipment service partnerships with targeted hospitals.
• Drive territory expansion through organized outreach, account targeting, and alignment with partners.
• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline that meets monthly and annual objectives.
• Carry out outbound activities, including calls, emails, and both virtual and in-person meetings.
• Conduct consultative discussions with hospital decision-makers to identify needs and uncover equipment maintenance value opportunities.
• Present customized solutions to clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
• Articulate Remi’s value proposition aimed at enhancing uptime and minimizing costs.
• Collaborate across functions to provide solutions that align with territory and customer priorities.
• Create and implement territory plans to prioritize accounts and stimulate regional growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive activities to refine strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned states to broaden the company's footprint.
• Identify and advance new opportunities within targeted accounts and regions.
• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Leverage data to prioritize efforts and enhance conversion rates.
• Move opportunities through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up.
• Travel up to 25% for customer meetings, site visits, and regional engagement.
• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, biomedical sales, or service-oriented sales (preferably in an acute care hospital setting).
• Demonstrated success in generating new business, building sales pipelines, and supporting territory growth efforts in competitive markets.
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to engage, influence, and cultivate relationships with hospital decision-makers and executive leadership across various organizational levels.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in CA, NV, AZ, WA, OR, ID, UT, CO, or NM and be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
