This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, qualify, and oversee a comprehensive DS/EITS DoD pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth objectives, particularly focusing on the Army, DISA, and DLA.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies that encompass competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing evaluation, and unique solutions.
• Work in partnership with industry collaborators and internal sectors to create effective teaming strategies and capture plans.
• Generate executive-level reports, briefings, and capture materials to aid decision-making at both the Sector and Corporate Executive levels.
• Facilitate Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews alongside senior leadership.
• Contribute to enterprise BD initiatives by optimizing workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment across pursuits.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, and RFPs within CACI’s internal systems.
• Lead proposal development efforts and ensure adherence to business plans, solicitation requirements, and customer expectations.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of Business Development experience (sales, marketing, capture, proposals) within DoD IT and Digital Solutions.
• More than 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solutions within the Federal Government, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 15 years of Business Development and capture experience with large-scale IT and mission programs.
• A minimum of 15 years of acquisition experience within the Department of Defense.
