• Execute sales strategies, uncover new opportunities, and develop go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish robust relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Partner with product development and marketing teams.
• Deliver regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries.
• Achieve set targets for profitable sales volume and market share.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales.
• In-depth understanding of the book publishing industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to think strategically and function effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Thorough knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
