This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivates and establishes relationships with attorneys and law firms across Central Florida.
• Initiates contact with attorneys and organizes a schedule for weekly meetings.
• Creates new connections with attorneys and law firms while nurturing existing relationships to enhance business growth.
• Maintains continuous communication with attorneys to keep MoveDocs at the forefront, encouraging the use of our technology.
• Manages all attorney interactions, including follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing training on MoveDocs technology.
• Aids and organizes plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients.
• Develops and fortifies relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and law firms within the designated region.
• Promotes and enhances the use of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions.
• Creates and expands pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial.
• Plans and conducts weekly in-person and virtual meetings with law firms.
• Maintains ongoing communication to ensure Libra Solutions remains a priority.
• Provides training to firms on platform functionalities, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions.
• Assists with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow-up requirements.
• Keeps precise activity notes, updates pipeline information, and manages account plans within CRM systems.
• Collaborates internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is advantageous.
• Experience in paralegal work, legal fields, account management, or outside sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with working alongside attorneys or other professionals is beneficial.
• **Must currently reside in the Central Florida area**.
• No relocation options available.
• Must demonstrate a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be organized, confident, and passionate.
• **Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida weekly (60% travel/40% remote office)**.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that contribute to success.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
