This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate new Wholesale ISOs through self-generated leads.
• Onboard, activate, and enhance sales partnerships within their initial 12 months at NAB.
• Increase revenue in current accounts utilizing value-driven sales techniques.
• Familiarize with the products and services of North and its affiliates, employing value-based sales skills to secure additional revenue.
• Engage in effective negotiations regarding Schedule A, new partner contracts, etc.
• Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in direct merchant services sales with a focus on recruiting Wholesale ISOs.
• Proven track record of successfully managing to meet revenue quotas.
• In-depth knowledge of the merchant services industry.
• History of increasing revenue successfully.
