This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +5 more states.
• Expand the customer base in North America within the Personal & Household Care sectors.
• Create and execute market-oriented strategies to meet revenue objectives and align with the company’s mission.
• Serve as the main liaison for the internal sales team and external stakeholders (agents, field representatives, etc.) within the Personal & Household Care market.
• Act as the primary contact for accounts in the Personal & Household Care sector, developing and implementing business development strategies targeting top prospects that can deliver sustainable revenue for ProMach Integrated Solutions.
• Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies and presentations that highlight ProMach Integrated Solutions' unique value proposition and solutions for key opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with customers, collaborating with management and the application team.
• Encourage, promote, and facilitate the cross-selling of the company's products, services, capabilities, and systems, with an emphasis on expanding Pro Mach’s global business.
• Foster a customer-centric approach while developing consultative relationships with clients.
• Build and maintain significant external relationships with customer stakeholders, trade organizations, and more.
• Assist in the creation of sales and marketing operating budgets.
• Contribute to sales forecasting efforts and establish performance goals in alignment with management’s objectives.
• Represent the company at trade shows and association meetings to showcase our organization and products.
• Engage with clients and lead the sales force (both internal and external) in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Over 7 years of experience in capital equipment sales and integration within the Personal & Household Care market.
• Proven leadership abilities in sales and business development roles within the packaging and Personal & Household Care industry.
• A solid history of establishing business and customer relationships.
• Experience in handling contract negotiations.
• Self-driven professional adept at managing customer communications and travel arrangements as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• A demonstrated record of increasing revenues to meet benchmarks and organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Extensive travel across North America will be necessary to achieve a target of 14 in-person customer visits per month.
