This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identifies opportunities for all Bioservices products and services, focusing on biobanking, sample preparation services, and specialty lab services.
• Develops and nurtures client relationships.
• Establishes a robust working relationship with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Support, and Production teams.
• Qualifies potential leads.
• Drafts proposals, consulting with internal Bioservices experts as needed.
• Creates project budgets and pricing, leveraging in-house resources to ensure accuracy.
• Closes new business opportunities and expands current business relationships.
• Participates in conferences, trade shows, and meetings as necessary.
• Maintains contacts and opportunities using SalesForce.com.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience; or
• Master’s Degree and 2 years of relevant sales experience; or
• PhD with 0-1 years of relevant sales experience.
• Team player eager to collaborate and share insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and create plans to achieve personal goals.
• Capable of thinking creatively and strategically while acting tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organizations, particularly in sales of biobanking, sample preparation services, and specialty lab services.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated to operate at a highly technical level.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license permitting you to drive in the states in which you operate.
