📋 Description

• Cultivates profitable new business account relationships while enhancing profitability from current accounts, including those via agent bank partners.

• Discovers business opportunities by utilizing knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services to align solutions with customer requirements.

• Delivers targeted sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients, effectively communicating the advantages of the organization’s products and services to satisfy those requirements, while maintaining a strong referral network and structured call program to consistently drive new sales.

• Identify and seek out new corporate payment business opportunities to stimulate revenue growth.

• Broaden and deepen relationships with existing clients to enhance program adoption and profitability.

• Build and sustain a strong referral network (including agent bank partners) and execute a structured plan to guarantee a continuous flow of new opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., relationship management, product) to synchronize integrated sales efforts and ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Engage with senior client stakeholders (CFOs, treasury, and accounts payable leaders) as a consultative partner, evaluating their payment processes and proposing customized solutions.

• Travel frequently to meet clients and prospects in person, delivering impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to move opportunities toward closure.

• Oversee the complete sales process (prospecting, proposals, negotiation, closing), keeping an accurate pipeline and ensuring timely advancement through each phase.

• Remain updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to proactively modify sales strategies and emphasize the distinct value of U.S. Bank’s CPS solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 11 to 13 years of experience in financial sales.

• Willingness to travel full-time (nationally).
