This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and qualify incoming retirement plan leads generated from marketing initiatives, partnerships, and referrals.
• Interact with financial advisors, consultants, and referral partners to comprehend their business and retirement plan requirements.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring prompt follow-up and advancement.
• Collaborate with field sales and National Accounts teams to hand off opportunities and coordinate subsequent steps.
• Assist in advisor meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide education to advisors on retirement plan design, compliance aspects, and TPA services.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and pipeline activities within the CRM.
• Work together with marketing to offer insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Familiarity with retirement plans, financial advisor distribution, or institutional sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
