This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage a strategic account pipeline, identifying appropriate targets within mining and related industrial sectors. Analyze organizational structures, understand power dynamics, and cultivate relationships at various levels, from operations managers to C-suite executives. You are proactive in making cold calls and committed to fostering long-term relationships.
• Drive enterprise sales cycles, overseeing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial engagement to final agreement. You are adept at navigating lengthy cycles and procurement frameworks, exercising the patience necessary to engage large organizations. Over time, these efforts will lead to multi-million dollar enterprise contracts by showcasing value early and nurturing internal advocates.
• Represent Realm at the highest echelons. Participate in industry conferences, executive briefings, and site visits, often being the first point of contact for senior decision-makers. Your presence conveys credibility, professionalism, and the ability to command attention in a room.
• Provide valuable insights back to the company. You will gather information in the field that is crucial for product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning. We expect you to relay this intelligence to help shape Realm's evolution.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience, with significant time dedicated to enterprise sales or business development, showcasing a proven ability to close and expand large accounts.
• Proven experience in selling multi-million dollar customized deals to traditional industries characterized by physical locations and hands-on operations, such as mining, manufacturing, oil & gas, parking, and similar sectors.
• Expertise in managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales processes within organizations that have intricate purchasing frameworks.
• Comfort in engaging with VP and C-suite level executives; capable of building lasting trust with senior leaders over time, rather than just securing immediate meetings.
• Excellent communication skills: you must deliver formal presentations, executive discussions, and written materials to a high standard.
• A strategic and patient mindset; you recognize that securing the right $200K deal this year is more valuable than forcing a $1M deal that may not succeed.
• Strong writing and documentation abilities; you can create materials that positively represent Realm with minimal assistance.
• Willingness to travel, including visits to mine sites and remote locations (approximately 15-30% of the time).
• Reside near a major US travel hub.
• Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident.
