Business Development and Communications Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with leadership to uncover new market opportunities.

• Assist in developing sales materials and partnership communications for prospective and existing clients.

• Support the agency's initiatives for new business and other ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Aid in the creation of content and materials to enhance joint marketing efforts with our key technology partners.

• Oversee the agency's social media presence across major channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a communications role within a digital agency or a similarly dynamic, client-oriented setting.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing various writing samples (e.g., blog posts, web copy, email campaigns).

• Proven graphic design skills with expertise in a design tool such as Figma, Canva, or the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

• A tech-savvy approach and the capacity to quickly adapt to new software and platforms.

• Comfortable utilizing AI to accomplish tasks and projects efficiently.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), encompassing Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities and teams.
