• Manage the post-sale customer relationship for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Drive measurable return on investment by aligning Autodesk solutions with customers’ business goals and industry-specific challenges.
• Collaborate on creating and executing Customer Success Plans that outline success criteria, adoption milestones, and value realization outcomes.
• Establish success metrics and monitor progress through regular business reviews and strategic planning meetings.
• Track product usage, customer health indicators, and engagement metrics — utilizing Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight or similar tools) to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and assist at-risk accounts with targeted adoption and enablement strategies.
• Document and convey customer value realization through business cases and success narratives.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Sales and Channel Partners to foster expansion, retention, and sustainable account growth.
• Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from end users and IT administrators to executive decision-makers.
• Up to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Renewals, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to identify customer business challenges and align solutions to strategic objectives.
• Experience in developing mutual success plans, business cases, or documented account strategies.
• Experience working with complex organizations while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Customer-first mindset with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex accounts concurrently.
