📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in utilizing Tracking+ software effectively and following best practices.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insight into client workflows, challenges, and criteria for success.

• Assess various solution strategies and suggest the most suitable configuration to meet the client's operational requirements.

• Convert client requirements into clear solution designs prior to escalating to product teams.

• Oversee training, troubleshooting, and reporting activities.

• Confirm proposed solutions with clients through demonstrations, walkthroughs, or prototypes before complete implementation.

• Recognize discrepancies between client needs and product capabilities, effectively communicating these to product teams.

• Ensure that implementations are aligned with client objectives and scalable product standards, avoiding excessive customization.

• Oversee the budget, scope, and timeline of integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in aviation consulting with aviation clients across maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance, and flight operations.

• More than 2 years of practical software implementation experience.

• Proficient in SQL Server.

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to excel in collaborative settings.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and propel implementation projects based on best practices.

• Exceptional data manipulation skills.

• A BA/BS degree in a technical field or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience or certification in Project Management.
