Business Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in optimizing their use of the Tracking+ software and implementing best practices.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into client workflows, challenges, and criteria for success.

• Assess various solution strategies and suggest the most suitable configuration tailored to the client's operational requirements.

• Convert client requirements into clearly defined solution designs prior to escalation to product teams.

• Oversee training, troubleshooting, and reporting processes.

• Confirm proposed solutions with clients through demonstrations, walkthroughs, or prototypes before full-scale implementation.

• Identify discrepancies between client requirements and product capabilities, articulating these gaps when collaborating with product teams.

• Ensure that implementations meet both client objectives and scalable product standards, avoiding excessive customization.

• Oversee the budget, scope, and timeline of integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of consulting experience in aviation, specifically with customers in maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance, and flight operations.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in software implementation.

• Strong expertise in SQL Server.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to excel in collaborative settings.

• Capacity to influence stakeholders and advance implementation projects using best practices.

• Proficient data manipulation skills.

• BA/BS degree in a technical field or a related discipline is preferred.

• Project Management experience or certification.

• Thorough understanding of regional and international aviation regulatory bodies.
