Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation of customer requirements.

• Analyze the business needs of our clients and produce the necessary functional documentation and user stories for the technical consultants developing our software.

• Serve as the liaison for business-related inquiries and issues that arise, collaborating closely with technical consultants for clarification.

• Act as the primary contact for the design and development team when evaluating design options and the various advantages of different methodologies.

• Become a functional expert in the Cúram product, providing demonstrations of software capabilities, performing fit/gap analyses, and advising on optimal implementation strategies using the product.

• Define the scope for Proofs of Concepts (POCs) as needed, with technical assistance.

• Facilitate agile sessions when necessary.

• Prioritize and document solution requirements, including use cases, process flows, user stories, data definitions, logical data models, screen design, storyboarding, QA, and test case development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large IT consulting firm or a public sector agency, focusing on technology-driven project delivery.

• Experience with Cúram services delivery and/or Cúram product, ideally with knowledge of Universal Access, Evidence, Rules, and Outcome Management.

• Proven proficiency in business process analysis, including user stories, process flows, gap analysis, and documentation.

• Expertise in assessing and evaluating delivery methods while providing teams with guidance on best practices based on measurable outcomes.

• Experience in supporting teams to visualize outcomes, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions consistent with the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), sprint, and project scope.

• Ability to confidently facilitate cross-functional meetings that involve clients, system integrators, and technical teams.
