• Design and deliver professional development workshops focusing on business and workplace communication for both individuals and groups.
• Guide communication skill enhancement for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and professional conversations.
• Utilize case studies, simulations, role-playing, and real-world workplace scenarios.
• Evaluate participant progress and offer personalized coaching and performance feedback.
• Enhance clarity, tone, professionalism, confidence, and overall communication effectiveness.
• Tailor program delivery to align with specific industry-related workplace contexts as necessary.
• Assist participants in cultivating executive presence and building professional credibility.
• Produce progress reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• A robust background in professional communication, workplace training, or corporate learning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in facilitating adult professional development.
• Strong skills in presentation and coaching.
• Ability to engage professionals with varying levels of experience.
• Experience in leading both virtual and in-person professional development sessions.
