• Collaborate with founders and business owners aiming for ambitious growth objectives

• Engage in discussions about revenue, team dynamics, leadership obstacles, business constraints, and strategic priorities

• Assist buyers in committing to a broader vision for their business

• Foster trust with founders and executives

• Accurately diagnose business challenges

• Clearly communicate return on investment (ROI)

• Support buyers in making confident decisions regarding growth

• Consistently meet revenue targets

• Experience in selling coaching or consulting services to business owners

• Solid understanding of business growth principles

• Comfortable discussing key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue

• Proficient in consultative selling environments

• Ability to establish credibility rapidly

• Depend solely on emotional persuasion

• Experience limited to selling transactional products

• Difficulty in discussing business strategy

• Heavily reliant on scripts
