Business Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and execute new automation strategies and system improvements

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges in both development and production settings

• Assess business and technical needs to convert them into effective automation implementations

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle

• Develop and sustain technical documentation for the processes created

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position or industry

• Proven proficiency in programming languages relevant to the role (e.g., Python, .NET, JavaScript)

• Essential expertise in UiPath and RPA development
