Business Automation Analyst, Python, AI, Advanced Excel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current workflows to uncover opportunities for automation and process enhancements.

• Design and maintain automation solutions utilizing Python.

• Create AI-driven workflows and automation processes aimed at boosting efficiency.

• Develop sophisticated Excel models, trackers, dashboards, formulas, and reporting systems.

• Automate workflows related to data cleaning, transformation, and reporting.

• Integrate and oversee datasets from various sources.

• Construct dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring business performance.

• Work closely with teams to gather requirements and convert business needs into automation solutions.

• Document workflows, automation logic, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Continuously enhance internal systems and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming for scripting and automation tasks.

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory), including:

• - Pivot Tables

• - Power Query

• - Complex formulas

• - Dashboards

• - Data validation

• - Automation/macros/VBA experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.

• Experience with SQL and database querying.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A mindset geared towards process improvement.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple initiatives.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.

• Experience with API integration.

• Background in building internal operational tools.

• Experience in managed service provider (MSP), IT services, or operations-centric environments.
