This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Define and uphold the target-state business architecture for product lifecycle management (PLM) across engineering, supply chain, operations, and finance.
• Transform supply transformation strategy into actionable lifecycle processes and capability roadmaps.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and protocols for PLM processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Map current and future-state product lifecycle processes while identifying capability gaps.
• Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
• Facilitate multi-functional workshops to gather and validate requirements.
• Assess and recommend PLM/ERP tools and their integrations.
• Construct cases that include return on investment and cost-benefit analyses.
• Set targets and metrics to measure and enhance lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with IT/solution architects to convert business needs into technical designs.
• Assist in change management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
• Over 6 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management within the Semiconductor industry.
• More than 8 years of experience in business architecture, process design, or roles related to PLM.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in PLM systems and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Siemens, or SAP PLM Applications.
