This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivates and utilizes relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.
• Offers expertise in crafting and enhancing resident experiences while ensuring consistency across the board.
• Collaborates with the Yardi Implementation team and third-party data consultants to execute the implementation of the CRM and RentCafé modules.
• Works alongside the AVP of Operations in creating and rolling out extensive training programs through various formats.
• Aids in maintaining project plans and timelines effectively.
• Delivers in-depth training to guarantee proficient use of CRM and RentCafe systems.
• Provides continuous support to address issues and optimizes workflows consistently.
• Partners with internal support teams to tackle challenges effectively.
• Implements quality assurance procedures.
• Recognizes and promotes cross-program and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful execution and maximize value capture.
• Establishes best practices and ensures that solution delivery meets established standards.
• Manages within the business case or approved budget by controlling expenditures related to both one-time and recurring costs, while driving ROI to generate value or earnings.
• Generates regular and detailed status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Anticipates and mitigates risks, dependencies, and obstacles to facilitate effective resolutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or technology implementation.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey design and its best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with complex CRM implementation projects.
• Preferred experience with Yardi’s CRM, RentCafé, and related modules.
• Experience in Project Management and Technical Support.
• Experience in planning and executing system changes in a SOX environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
