Business Applications Analyst – EHR/EPR Implementation and Configuration Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivates and utilizes relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

• Offers expertise in designing and enhancing workflows related to electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborates closely with the AVP of Operations-Business Applications to develop and implement extensive training programs through various mediums.

• Provides continuous support in addressing issues and consistently improving workflows.

• Works with internal support teams to tackle challenges effectively.

• Conducts regular audits to ensure user provisioning aligns with Welltower’s segregation of duties and audit compliance standards.

• Implements quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.

• Establishes best practices and ensures that solution delivery meets defined standards.

• Creates regular and detailed status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, dependencies, and barriers to facilitate effective resolutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Yardi EHR, eMAR, and related modules is strongly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is essential.

• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding terminology is required.

• Understanding of medical terminology is necessary.

• Acquaintance with clinical workflow processes and EHR best practices is expected.

• Experience in medical billing is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is required.

• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
