Business Application Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Delivers expert guidance and support for business application management within a functional area.

• Oversees the gathering of requirements throughout the application lifecycle and facilitates business testing.

• Aids in the documentation of business processes and provides user support for the application.

• Identifies issues, leads resolutions, and formulates a strategic roadmap for business applications.

• Ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLA), manages issues, communicates effectively, oversees vendor relationships, supports user groups, and encourages adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of supported businesses, applications, the bank's product development lifecycle (PDLC) methodology, business testing, project management, change management, and governance standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Proficiency in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.

• Competence in utilizing computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and cultivate relationships.

• Capacity to manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
