Business Analytics Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conducts quality assurance and control of asset data gathered from facility and building systems programs.

• Evaluates incoming asset data submissions for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client field specifications and program scope.

• Confirms compliance of field-submitted photographs with client image standards, including required angles, legibility of data plates, and resolution criteria.

• Checks asset classifications against program tagging schemas for verification.

• Executes pre-upload quality assurance checks on structured data exports to ensure appropriate formatting and compliance with client database field mappings before submission.

• Assists in the development and upkeep of QA/QC standard operating procedures and checklists.

• Carries out other assigned responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, information systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Over 2 years of experience in data quality, asset management, facilities data collection, or similar program operations.

• Knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, point-of-sale) is preferred.

• Previous experience with CMMS platforms and structured data validation workflows is an advantage.
