Business Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead, oversee, mentor, and nurture the Business Analytics team.

• Establish priorities, remove obstacles for the team, and create avenues for analysts to assume ownership.

• Act as the main analytical collaborator for leaders in Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.

• Convert vague business inquiries into precise analyses and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate on A/B testing and holdouts, rigorously assess outcomes, and translate findings into business strategies.

• Develop and sustain forecasts and goal sizing for leadership planning.

• Manage and refine the team's peer-review process.

• Evaluate and authorize analysis for board and executive levels.

• Set best practices for analytical precision, reproducibility, communication, and prioritization.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to ensure the team has access to the necessary data, tools, and models.

• Engage directly in critical analytical inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business, growth, or product analytics.

• 2+ years of experience in leading analyst teams.

• Proven history of analyses that have influenced business decisions.

• Proficiency in advanced SQL.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.

• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt is advantageous.

• Strong foundation in experimentation and causal reasoning, including A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis.

• Experience in consumer, subscription, or marketplace environments.

• Knowledge of retention, LTV, acquisition, and pricing dynamics.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A player-coach mindset.
