This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead discovery sessions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and conduct business process analysis to identify and document intricate business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to clients on best practices, workflows, and capabilities of the Immunization Information System.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, business rules, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
• Manage requirements traceability, scope management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discussions on solution design and assess business impacts, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Assist in testing by verifying requirements, reviewing test scenarios, and ensuring solution outcomes meet client expectations.
• Maintain communication with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project execution.
• Mentor Business Analysts and project team members while advocating for analysis best practices.
• Conduct business process, gap, and impact analyses for client solution planning.
• Investigate and define solutions for new requirements, legislation, and operational changes.
• Create and present recommendations, solution options, and proof-of-concept outcomes.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in configuration and implementation through detailed business and functional analysis.
• Ensure that high-quality deliverables adhere to project timelines and organizational standards.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, or a related field.
• More than 6 years of experience with Immunization Information Systems (IIS), Immunization Registry, Public Health, or related healthcare technology is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis.
• Experience in supporting large-scale system implementations and client-facing delivery projects.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, requirements management, testing, and solution delivery practices.
• Extensive experience with requirements traceability, impact analysis, and business process modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare domain.
• Capability to translate business needs into actionable solution requirements.
• Proficiency in leading complex discussions with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
