This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in client workshops to record workflows (intake/eligibility, enrollment, services, case notes, exits/follow-up).
• Produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration/business rules.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to design solutions, clarify scope, and oversee changes in requirements.
• Assist with integrations and data mapping (imports/exports, APIs) along with reporting requirements.
• Organize and conduct UAT with customers; manage defect triaging and validate resolutions.
• Minimum of 2 years in workforce development with knowledge of program domains (WIOA, labor exchange, eligibility, intake, reporting, performance).
• Excellent facilitation and documentation abilities; adept at converting complex processes into testable requirements.
• Project and grant performance: Develop a repeatable financial operating model for intricate, compliance-driven projects, including budget-to-actual comparisons, burn rates, cost allocation, and overall fiscal performance metrics.
• Client-facing deliverables: Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to provide accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials that we proudly endorse.
• Financial cadence that fosters trust: Lead monthly closing and quarterly reporting tasks, ensuring predictable outcomes with a clear narrative.
• Controls that enhance momentum: Reinforce controls and compliance while maintaining rapid business progress.
• Strategy and Planning: Convert trade-offs into decisions - forecasting, scenarios, and recommendations that guide our collective direction.
• Cross-functional problem-solving: Collaborate closely with operations and client-facing teams to address financial issues promptly, preventing escalations.
