Business Analyst, ROPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct advanced analyses that involve analytical modeling.

• Evaluate and quantify the business impact of various initiatives.

• Create automated reporting systems focused on key business drivers.

• Employ analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access.

• Decompose complex issues into manageable components; devise effective solutions.

• Integrate analytical results to recommend and implement strategic and/or process enhancements within the revenue cycle.

• Drive change and achieve results through proficient written and verbal communication.

• Collaborate and partner with leaders from various teams and/or external vendors and insurance companies.

• Develop and maintain project plans; prepare and deliver project updates to key stakeholders.

• Manage personal resources and time in alignment with the priority and value of the work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business) and a minimum of 2 years of experience or relevant work experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access is preferred.

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, including expertise in analytical modeling and insight generation.

• Capability to convey complex concepts in a clear and easily understandable manner to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

• Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle is preferred.
