This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a Functional Analyst within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team.
• Provide support for a multi-Agency program under the Department of War (DoW).
• Conduct analysis, cost estimation for solutions, design, planning, scheduling, documentation, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to create scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions using Oracle and related technologies.
• Offer recommendations that align with the program’s Global Model and the long-term organizational strategy for enterprise-level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Engage in Business Intelligence - Data Management and Reporting Solutions.
• Responsible for developing, modifying, and executing test plans and scripts.
• Analyze application issues and provide solutions, assisting cross-functional teams in testing and implementing resolutions.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 end-user support.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple task assignments.
• Bachelor’s degree (experience may be considered in lieu of formal education).
• A minimum of five years of experience in DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation.
• Proven experience in maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials from Budget to Report (B2R).
• Strong working knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).
• Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting, and recommending break-fix solutions based on best practices.
• Experienced in GL/FV/SLA with hands-on capability to analyze and configure SLA.
• Familiar with sub-ledger accounting in areas such as AP, FA, AR, PA, and CLM.
• Experience dealing with Federal Budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority, Reprogramming and Rescissions, Prior Period Adjustments, as well as creating and posting journals.
• Knowledgeable in key reporting requirements including Fund Management, Budget Execution, and Treasury Requirements.
• Experience in reviewing and executing Month-End Close and Federal Year-End Close/Year Begin procedures.
• Competent in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in creating and presenting documents related to program solutions.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to undergo an IT-II background investigation.
