This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
• Collect, document, and organize requirements based on CMS regulatory documentation.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions and work stream meetings (including materials preparation and serving as backup to the PO).
• Aid in the development and upkeep of workflows.
• Generate deliverables.
• Support the PO with various program activities and deliverables, such as IRAADQ resolution/follow-up, and writing features and user acceptance criteria.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with residential requirements in the US.
• Proficiency in PPT and Visio.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements during at least one client consulting project.
• Proven experience in creating consulting deliverables.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: Medicare products and benefits, claims, finance, eligibility, provider, or clinical/claims editing.
