Business Analyst, Insurance Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirement workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Gather, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements for the portal.

• Create comprehensive process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with UX designers to guarantee usability and a customer-focused design for the portal.

• Coordinate with technical teams on API integrations, data flows, and system interactions.

• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training by preparing test scenarios and validating results.

• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the design, build, and testing phases.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clarifying business rules during the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or portal development initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of customer journey mapping, requirements engineering, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.

• Strong grasp of API-based integrations, workflows, and self-service functionalities.

• Exceptional documentation, analytical, and communication skills with stakeholders.

• CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA certification is preferred.
