This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Assist in transforming intricate financial and operational data into actionable insights that facilitate strategic decision-making within the Security & Trust Organization.
• Create, develop, and sustain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Examine extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and essential business drivers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert use cases into technical solutions.
• Aid in the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance by upholding high standards for data quality, documentation, lineage, and reporting accuracy.
• Recognize opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.
• Graduation within the last 3 years, or current enrollment with anticipated completion within 12 months, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with no relevant experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in handling large datasets and converting findings into actionable business recommendations using SQL and other data analysis tools.
• Experience in supporting data automation, advanced analytics, predictive reporting, business intelligence initiatives, or emerging technology solutions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Preferred experience with AI/ML solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing, AI-powered copilots, prompt engineering, predictive analytics, or automated reporting solutions.
• Preferred experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages used for advanced analytics, automation, model development, or AI solution implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial data structures, accounting principles, forecasting processes, financial reporting environments, or business performance analytics is preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts and data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
