This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to document project request details, ensuring key information is captured clearly and concisely.
• Identify gaps, risks, and potential enhancements within business and technology processes, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Lead working sessions and meetings, preparing materials and guiding discussions to ensure stakeholder needs are accurately represented in the requirements and success criteria.
• Maintain and update KeyedIn resource planning and forecasting to reflect current and projected project resource needs.
• Monitor resource capacity, providing insights on availability and utilization to support project scheduling and prioritization.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to obtain Level of Effort estimates and assist in documenting and submitting requirements for other business intake processes.
• Support the Corporate IT intake process by assuming project management responsibilities during high-demand periods, ensuring continuous support for critical projects.
• Aid in the creation and updating of internal process documentation, flow charts, and other materials to enhance efficiency and facilitate improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team to elevate project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology, building strong relationships and acting as a central point of contact for the intake process and projects.
• Prepare and deliver precise status reporting efforts.
• Assist in planning and designing business processes, formulating recommendations to enhance and support business activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant industry experience, typically in an Analyst role or equivalent external position.
• Two years of work experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in project coordination or project management is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management tools and process flow tools.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical resources to support the project.
• Experience with project implementations that span multiple departments using project management techniques.
• Highly dependable and accountable, with the ability to perform tasks independently.
• A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working on agile-based, cross-functional software development teams.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with stakeholders and users to understand their roles and how technology can enhance their work meaningfully.
• A team player known for taking initiative; committed to helping the team succeed and actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts and facilitating agreement across diverse perspectives.
