Business Analyst – Functional QA Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Document workflows, business processes, and system behaviors.

• Gather, clarify, and refine requirements for new features and updates.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

• Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.

• Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution.

• Conduct regression and functional testing across web and internal applications.

• Assist in prioritizing improvements based on QA findings and business impact.

• Ensure that features meet functional expectations prior to release.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in:

• Business Analysis,

• Quality Assurance,

• or a combination of both.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to collaborate with developers and product stakeholders.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
