This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consultation and design of independent agile IT projects

• Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector

• Gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements

• Coordination with departments and development teams

• Active support in the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes

• Collaborative partnership and open communication with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking industry as well as in statistical reporting (especially BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)

• Solid methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methods

• Independent and communicative working style, enabling you to proactively advance projects

• Ideally, experience in implementing IT projects related to regulatory requirements

• Fluent German skills (minimum C1)
