Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Drives and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives to fulfill business requirements.

• Collaborates closely with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define existing business processes and requirements.

• Converts business needs into comprehensive functional specifications.

• Assists the Project Manager in executing the project plan within the established timeline and budget.

• Ensures that requirements and issues are monitored, documented, and addressed promptly.

• Oversees requirements governance to guarantee that they remain updated, aligned, and consistent across all levels.

• Effectively executes the communication plan, providing precise and timely updates on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Collaborates with users during testing, deployment, and implementation phases.

• Advises clients and stakeholders, guiding them in selecting optimal solutions that satisfy their requirements.

• Engages in work estimation processes.

• Ensures project scope is maintained while tracking and reporting any changes, if applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Robust analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Proficient in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve desired results.

• Capacity to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment and under time constraints.

• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.

• Project Management certification(s) is a plus.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Technical skills, including data analysis tools, comprehension of software development processes, and knowledge of relevant technologies.
