Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Analyze, strategize, design, document, and provide recommendations to enhance business processes that align with clients' technological goals.

• Serve as a supportive liaison among clients, project managers, and technical staff to identify, monitor, and convey business requirements along with their anticipated impacts by developing fundamental conceptual data and process models.

• Develop, implement, or evaluate basic test scenarios to ensure that client requirements are integrated into the system design.

• Guarantee that the “intent of change” is realized throughout all phases of the project by engaging in technical reviews and inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience converting technical objectives and requirements into actionable strategies for clients.

• Familiarity with fundamental computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software tools for performing quantitative analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey information to business leaders, clients, and technical teams.

• A collaborative team player who inspires others to take action and communicates key technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
