This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with the Credit Strategy & Management team to facilitate credit rules, pricing strategies, business process enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Collect requirements from key stakeholders utilizing elicitation techniques such as interviews, brainstorming sessions, requirement workshops, observations, and focus groups, among others.
• Analyze and assess requirements to determine their feasibility in relation to business objectives and their usability for technical development and coding by the teams.
• Document requirements by producing use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, operational and technical requirement documents, data flow diagrams (DFD), and Business Process Models.
• Work collaboratively with Program Managers and the DevOps team to ensure effective deployment and operational support.
• Lead or take part in projects utilizing tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Develop and track KPIs for program performance and project delivery.
• Propose workarounds, enhancements, and eliminate solution bottlenecks for stakeholders, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of both business and technology.
• Assist in the development and testing of the product, including test plans and test cases.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or software developer, with a focus on credit risk analytics is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• A preferred 2 years of experience working with reporting systems like Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Experience with Snowflake is considered an advantage.
• A background in auto finance, particularly in originations and operations, is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or in Data Science, Analytics is preferred.
• Strong skills in written communication, project management, and problem-solving are required.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
