This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Serve as the intermediary between the client's business organization and the software delivery teams.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for new projects or system upgrades.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, which includes business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and the successful execution of projects.
• Carry out data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and drive business insights.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and devise mitigation strategies to guarantee project success.
• Engage in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and creatively.
• Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, BRD, FSD, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.).
• Skilled in tools for creating wireframes/workflows such as Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, UML, etc.
• Solid understanding of the complete software development lifecycle and various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development architectures and the entire software development lifecycle.
• Ability to serve as a transition lead.
• Knowledge of AI-based projects is essential.
