Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the launch of new franchises, which includes in-store setup, marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Offer personalized coaching and business advice to franchise owners.

• Help franchisees with strategies for sales, networking opportunities, and efforts in local business development.

• Provide training to both new and existing franchise owners on operational systems, processes, and adherence to brand standards.

• Recognize operational challenges and apply effective solutions to enhance performance.

• Work with franchisees to promote marketing efforts and stimulate local market expansion.

• Create, improve, and sustain training materials, Success Guides, and educational resources.

• Collaborate closely with corporate leadership on special projects and brand initiatives.

• Participate in Discovery Day events and facilitate the education of franchise candidates.

• Attend industry-related events, including conferences, trade shows, and franchise meetings.

• Ensure that franchisees adhere to brand standards and operational programs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in the field, training opportunities, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

• At least 2 years of experience in business operations, franchise support, training, consulting, or related areas.

• Experience with franchise systems is advantageous.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be able to travel extensively.

• Openness to travel up to 50% within the country, with some occasional international travel.
