This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver industry training and support to franchisees within the assigned region while enhancing profitability.
• Participate in the launch of new stores.
• Develop, promote, and implement a robust Catering program for franchisees.
• Execute the franchisee store Startup Program.
• Optimize restaurant profits at each location through business performance assessments, P&L reviews, training, and evaluations of store operations.
• Supervise the operations of multiple restaurant locations.
• Create sales strategies and business development plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns, both active and digital.
• Analyze KPIs and analytics.
• Train and reinforce the franchise model, systems, and best practices.
• Guide, train, and oversee hourly employees, management, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and business laws and regulations, as well as the proper operation of essential equipment across all branches.
• Compile brand compliance data.
• Maintain brand standards of excellence and service, ensuring quality performance.
• Organize and execute training programs for franchisees to enhance brand awareness in your region.
• Attend regional meetings while completing, maintaining, and processing necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in all operational and training areas.
• Consult with franchisees to identify needs or problem areas and determine the scope of required investigations for solutions.
• Advise the Brand Leader on issues identified through communication with franchisees.
• Follow up with franchisees on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure optimal results.
• Compile brand compliance data and assist franchisees in upgrading their image.
• Complete, maintain, and process all required paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Maintain a daily and weekly schedule using Microsoft Outlook (at least two weeks in advance).
• Responsible for constructing and adhering to guidelines for new location setups, demonstrating a full understanding of tools and their usage.
• Take initiative to promote programs that will benefit both the brand and all franchisees.
• Travel 50-75% within and outside the region.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• One to three years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) software and accounting software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
• A credit card with an available credit limit for covering expenses is necessary.
• Strong background in the related industry and specific production techniques.
• Experience in sales and business operations, with the ability to interpret profit and loss statements.
• Restaurant experience is essential.
• Must be willing to travel 50-75% and as required for tradeshows, regional meetings, and other assigned meetings.
