This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Facilitate process coordination and tracking for technology operations within designated client accounts.
• Oversee vulnerability remediation efforts, patch tracking, risk prioritization, task delegation, and the escalation of unresolved issues.
• Manage end-of-life designation records and organize scheduling for replacements, exception handling, and lifecycle milestones.
• Ensure accuracy of asset inventory in CMMS/ITAM platforms and collaborate with site contacts, integrators, and product owners for necessary corrections.
• Assist with asset discovery, change requests, package requests, testing documentation, baseline updates, and coordination of release cycles.
• Coordinate with managed services vendors and integrators, monitor commitments, maintain vendor risk registers, and identify delays and third-party risks.
• Oversee work queues and intake triage, monitor operational risks, and drive the resolution of outstanding items.
• Generate leadership dashboards, KPI reports, compliance summaries, end-of-life registers, vulnerability resolution reports, and change-cycle metrics.
• Document governance meetings, including action items, responsible parties, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain operational runbooks, process documentation, and baseline standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, or a related technical field; relevant work experience can be considered as a substitute for a degree.
• Adequate understanding of BMS, OT, and IoT building technologies.
• Practical knowledge of CMMS/ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of patch identification, tracking, and baseline documentation processes.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management principles, including CVE scoring, patch prioritization, and end-of-life risks.
• Knowledge of managed services contracting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology coordination, program management, or IT service management in a large enterprise setting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent remediation tracks, work intake queues, risk registers, and program milestones.
• Proven ability to produce governance-ready dashboards, end-of-life registers, compliance summaries, and KPI reports.
• Experience in facilitating governance meetings with documented action registers.
• Ability to coordinate effectively among internal IT teams, facility management partners, and external managed service vendors.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Strong written communication skills that are clear and concise.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience within a regulated enterprise environment, especially in financial services.
• Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, PMP, or an equivalent program/service management credential.
