Building Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Examine architectural and construction drawings for compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations.

• Create documentation necessary for building approvals, permits, and certification procedures.

• Assist in generating compliance reports and technical assessments for both residential and commercial projects.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of project records and compliance documentation.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate project coordination.

• Detect non-compliance issues and assist in implementing corrective measures.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compliance processes and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in building surveying, compliance, architecture, drafting, or construction documentation.

• Comprehensive understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards, and building approval processes (mandatory).

• Capability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient written communication and report writing skills.

• Experience with Australian residential or commercial projects.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software (preferred).

• Ability to operate independently in a remote offshore environment.

• Portfolio submission is required.
