This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Schedules and carries out inspections and field assessments to assess structural and property damage for clients.
• Analyzes and compiles relevant data to create damage estimates, scopes, and project reports.
• Acts on behalf of clients to oversee and manage timelines, costs, and other essential elements critical to operational efficiency and cost control throughout all phases of construction.
• Engages in communication and correspondence with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and insured parties.
• Participates in regular client meetings and contributes to business development efforts.
• Operates independently on smaller projects while collaborating with a team on larger losses.
• Maintains job files, documentation, and other pertinent deliverables.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in construction, restoration, project management, or insurance.
• Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
• WRT certification preferred, with a commitment to pursuing industry certifications and credentials.
• Ability to travel is required.
