• Manages ongoing annual financial budgeting processes across the organization, which includes creating timelines and project plans, ensuring clear communication at all levels, achieving consensus with executive leaders on strategic direction, and securing final approval for the plan at all organizational tiers.
• Monitors inquiries, updates documentation, maintains FAQs, and provides training as necessary. Responds to information requests from all management levels concerning financial statements, budgets, projections, and other accounting-related topics.
• Develops and prepares financial and statistical analyses, graphical representations, and presentation materials, including auditing and validation against authoritative sources; offers analytical support to the finance team and operational partners.
• Assists in coordinating responsibilities to ensure that the current operational budget process aligns with established goals.
• Establishes a trusted advisor relationship with both internal and external stakeholders by leveraging operational and budgetary knowledge along with technical expertise.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Four (4) years of relevant finance or accounting experience may substitute for the degree.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Required: Four (4) years of accounting or finance experience, including proficiency with budget software, spreadsheet and database applications, data flow management, report generation, and data interpretation.
• Preferred: Six (6) years of accounting or finance experience within a healthcare environment.
